Cindy was doing everything in her power to sell my home during the most competitive time. My neighborhood had 14 homes for sale including mine. I spoke to the President of our Homeowners Association and he informed me that his was the most homes listed at one time in the history of Oakview. Cindy told me to list in January or February of 2017 and I thought it was not a good time since it was winter, when I should have listed when she told me and I would have sold my home and made a larger profit. I was also going though a very difficult time in my life so she is the one that would advise me on what I needed to do to my home to make it more sellable, such as: refinish my hardwood floors, remove the stones from my yard and replace with grass, redo certain areas in my driveway, replace my exterior basement stairs, paint certain rooms and finally she staged my home and removed unnecessary items to make it look clean and less cluttered. I can't say enough about Cindy. She is the ONLY reason I sold my home and then she found me the most amazing townhome to purchase. She is the Best of the Best and does everything with class and compassion. She is the only realtor I will recommend and also use in the future.

First, Cindy had a good feel for the market value, and even advised me to raise the price just days before it went on the market. It sold in 3 days for the full price. Second, she was flexible to work with me selling the house after I moved to another state. That made my life simpler, but caused her some additional work. Third, She quickly found the contractor that was needed to get the house ready for sale (cleaning crew), and worked with the electrician that I had already contacted to repair the post lamp wire. Fourth, she found contractors as needed to fix little things found during the inspection. Fifth, she was flexible about using paper and electronic forms, whatever I could handle. I was without internet for over a week, and so we used paper to sign the contract. Thereafter, she introduced me to DocuSign, which is a wonderful system for remote signatures. Sixth, she advised me at each step in the process what I needed to do, what decisions I needed to make, and what to expect form other people, such as the closing company. Seventh, she represented me faithfully at the closing, which I did not attend, being that I was living 500 miles away. That closing took place as planned, and I received the expected check from the closing company in less than 24 hours. Thus, I would highly recommend Cindy!

I just put an offer in on my first house ever, and I don't know what I would have done without Cindy. As a first time buyer, I was only looking at houses in the $120k range, but Cindy has treated me with priority without any regard for the price point I can afford. Coming into the process, I was downright terrified, but she has walked me through everything from the house visits (which were actually fun), to strategy in making a competitive offer when another offer is on the table, to what exactly each page of the VERY substantial offer/contract means. I am still waiting for written confirmation from my sellers, but my fingers are crossed, and I have no doubt that Cindy will continue to guide me through the process until I actually have keys to my own home in hand.
